Meeting Start and End Time: The conference begins with a welcome reception at 6:30 pm (buses departing at 6:00 pm) on Sunday, October 4, 2009 and ends at 11:45 am on Tuesday, October 6, 2009.

Hotel Reservations: Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee.
A room block is being held at The Governor Hotel for WACSB Conference participants. Preferred room rate is $179.00 per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. Any guest room changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate's responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to the guidelines below in order to avoid financial penalty.
Individual reservations must be made by calling 503-224-3400 (NOT the 800 number on the website), emailing directly to reservations@governorhotel.com, or faxing to 503-224-9426 before SEPTEMBER 14, 2009 (the room block cut-off date). Ask for "in-house reservations" to book your room using the "WACSB" group block code.
The Governor Hotel must be contacted no later than September 14, 2009 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 24 hours prior to check-in.
Ground Transportation: The Governor Hotel is in the heart of Portland, convenient for all downtown attractions, shopping, nightlife and dining. It is one block from 'The Galleria' stop on the MAX light rail system with direct access to Portland International Airport. Portland's Streetcar stops right outside the hotel with service to and from the Pearl District, NW 23rd Avenue shops and dining, PSU, Riverplace Marina and the South Waterfront District. Other shuttle and cab services are also available.
Conference Registration Policy: Once a paid registration is received and processed, a confirmation will be mailed, faxed, or emailed to the registrant. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks after your submission, please contact Gwen Wolfram (541-737-4330, gwen.wolfram@oregonstate.edu).
Conference Fee Schedule: Attendee - $450.00 Spouse or Guest (Sunday Reception/Monday dinner only) - $100.00 Spouse or Guest (Full conference) - $200.00
Conference Registration Cancellation: Full refunds will be granted if written cancellation notice is received (by email or fax ONLY) by September 1, 2009. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER THIS DATE. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for a refund.
