 Moore's Paper on Taxes and Debt Policy to be Published in The Journal of the American Taxation Association
Professor Jared Moore's paper, titled "The Impact of Tax Status on the Relation between Employee Stock Options and Debt" will be published in the spring 2008 edition of The Journal of the American Taxation Association.
The paper, co-authored with Jagadison Aier, focuses on how a firm's tax status interacts with its use of employee stock options to influence debt policy.
