| The Austin Family Business Program is the second oldest in the nation. Robin holds the A.E. Coleman chair in family Business. As a founding owner of Optimus Consulting, along with her husband, Robin has experienced the challenges of family business firsthand, as well as provided advising for other family businesses.
Robin has authored books, articles, and a newspaper column on strategic management, and is a frequent conference speaker. She served on the faculties of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Delaware, and Pennsylvania State University. She holds a doctorate from Wharton, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, and an MA and a BA from the University of Rochester.
