  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

How to Get Help

Help Desk Priorities

We want to place our attention on problems in the following order

  1. Classrooms -- making sure instructors can teach
  2. Faculty -- solving problems that keep faculty from doing their job
  3. Student -- solving problems students have with our network and computer lab
  4. College of Business IS infrastructure -- maintaining servers and existing services
  5. College of Business updates and upgrades -- faculty computers, laptops, computer labs ...
