Help Desk Priorities
We want to place our attention on problems in the following order
- Classrooms -- making sure instructors can teach
- Faculty -- solving problems that keep faculty from doing their job
- Student -- solving problems students have with our network and computer lab
- College of Business IS infrastructure -- maintaining servers and existing services
- College of Business updates and upgrades -- faculty computers, laptops, computer labs ...
