Collaboration for Innovation & Change

Executive Education courseInnovation and change are often synonymous with business success. In today's intense business environment, collaboration, as a powerful source for sparking innovation and creating valuable change, is underestimated and not practiced by many time-challenged leaders.

The College of Business, in partnership with SynNovation Works, has developed a new, comprehensive two-day workshop for managers and executives to explore and master how collaboration works in the face of unseen opportunities and increasing constraints.

Executive Education courseThe first day introduces the principles of Purpose, Communication, and Trust as the basis for collaboration. The second day delves into each principle and reveals the role leaders must play in order to create truly collaborative environments.

The Collaboration for Innovation & Change workshop will be offered four times in 2007. Sessions are open to the public. Registration is limited to 25 participants per workshop on a first-come-first-served basis.
