 | | | | Session 1: Give Your Elevator Pitch to the Experts
Have you ever wondered if your idea has what it takes or wanted to see new and innovative ideas? Here is your chance. During the give your elevator pitch session, presenters will have the opportunity to give a 90 second elevator pitch in front of an investor, and then receive valuable feedback from the panel of industry professionals. The session will be facilitated by Justin Craig, PhD Entrepreneurship professor at Oregon State University, and an informational introduction will be given by Bill Newman of Northwest Technology Ventures addressing what investors are really looking for. After the introduction, 10 presenters will have the opportunity to interact in a role play situation with an actual investor. After all of them have been presented, the panel will give feedback on the content, approach, appearance and conciseness of the pitches.
