Registration
1. To register and pay by credit card, fill out the workshop registration form. You will then be redirected to our secure online payment site.
2. To register and pay by check or money order, fill out this workshop registration form and then mail a check for $25/ attendee payable to: Oregon State University College of Business. Make sure to indicate who the payment is intended to pay for by writing the attendees name on the memo line of the check. The payment can then be sent to: Deborah Rose, Oregon State University, 300 Bexell Hall, Corvallis, Oregon, 97331.
3. OSU Faculty and Students complete this workshop registration form.
All registrations will be confirmed via email.
Overnight Accommodations
Discounted accommodations in Corvallis for the evening of May 18th are available at the Holiday Inn Express that is located on the banks of the Willamette River. The group rate is $89 per night, plus taxes. This price includes a complimentary breakfast bar and wireless internet access. To see a complete list of the amenities go the Holiday Inn Express website. To receive the group rate you must make your reservations by April 18th. For reservations you need to call either (541)752-0800 or (800)618-7892 and ask for a room in the Austin Entrepreneurship Program or AEP block.
