Dormitory / Room Cleaning:
The Jockey Club House provides monthly room cleaning for your dorm room. The dates are posted in advance for when the cleaning of the rooms on your floor is to take place. Cleaning includes, floors, windows, counter tops, mirror and sink. No, they won't make your bed. You generally don't have to worry about the cleaning crew disturbing or stealing any of your belongings while they are cleaning your room. Each cleaning team is monitored by one of the security guards on duty who will only open one room at a time and supervise the cleaning.
The cleaning staff is ever present on campus, this goes for the Jockey Club House too. Every morning you will see cleaning staff in the common room, bathrooms, hallways, and elevators. Whipping things down, vacuuming, emptying trash, etc. If the trash in your room gets full, just set the can outside your door in the hall way. It will be empty within 24 hours. |
