Creating Career Confidence (formerly the Career Symposium)
Creating Career Confidence is an annual event put on in the fall by the College of Business and the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity.The purpose of Creating Career Confidence is to foster a strengthened understanding of career challenges, career expectations, and vital career building skills such as networking etiquette and presentation.Participants will hear from experts in the field on networking skills and techniques, interact with Alumni panel to discuss pressing employment issues, participate in a networking exercise with Alumni, and watch a Business Wear Fashion Show where professionals in the field will discuss attire appropriate to various business situations. And did we mention that there will be great prizes that have been provided by OSU Athletics, Hallmark Resorts, Fred Meyers, and many others?
