Ray & Neddra Anderson/Beta Gamma Sigma: Established in 1988 in honor of Ray G. and Neddra Mercer Anderson. Staunch advocates of education, Mrs. Anderson and her late husband both enjoyed lengthy careers in secondary business education. Mrs. Anderson earned a bachelor degree in business in 1939 and a Master of Education degree in 1956, both from OSC.
Bi-Mart Scholarship: Money is raised by Bi-Mart through annual Golf Tournament.
Maureen L. Brown: Established by Mr. Daniel J. Brown in memory of his late wife, Maureen. Maureen was an OSU MBA graduate. She worked for Hewlett-Packard in Corvallis.
Payson Cha International Exchange Scholarship: This award honors international businessman and alumnus Payson Cha 1968.
Helen Mae Cropsey Memorial Scholarship: The scholarship was established in 1978 by Dr. Myron G. Cropsey in memory of his late wife, Helen Mae Cropsey.Mr. Cropsey graduated with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engr. & a Ph.D. in Agricultural Engr. He was a member of the Dept. of Agricultural Engr. at OSU until his retirement in 1974.
Marshall & Melissa Martin Dawes Scholarship: Established in 1965 by Melissa Martin Dawes in memory of her late husband, Marshall Dawes. Mr. and Mrs. Dawes were long-time friends and neighbors of Oregon State University. Mrs. Dawes is professor emeritus of modern languages at OSU. She earned her degree from OAC in 1915.
Roy Dexter Memorial Scholarship: Roy Dexter was born in 1899 in Staples, Minnesota but he grew up in Bellingham, Washington. He received his degree in business administration at OSU. He was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon and the OSU Alumni Assoc. Roy served in the Navy during World War I and was active in many civic organizations. Winifred Dexter was born in 1901 in Amsterdam, Holland. She and Roy owned and operated the Clark County Credit Bureau in Vancouver, Washington for 30 years before retiring.
Richard T. Harris Memorial Scholarship: Established in 1996 in memory of Richard.
E. Scott Hildebrandt: Established in 2001 by Mr Hildebrandt, a 1978 graduate with a BS in Business Administration Accounting Option. Mr. Hildebrandt grew up in Corvallis and has been a long time supporter of the University. He's held numerous high-level executive positions with organizations such as Merant, InFocus, Tektronix, and Deloitte and Touche. He is currently the Senior vice President and Chief Financial Office at Merant, Hillsboro.
Glen L. Jackson Scholarship: Established in 1986 by Helen Simpson Jackson in memory of her late husband Glenn, a leading Oregon industrialist. Mr. Jackson, a 1925 business graduate, had a career as a civic and business leader in Oregon that spanned more than half a century. He influenced many aspects of Oregon's economy, including business development, environmental quality, politics, and publishing. He was personal advisor to six Oregon Governors, and a one time publisher of the Albany Democrat Herald like his father before him.
Edna M. Jesseph Scholarship: Established in 1994 by the estate of Edna M. Jesseph to support business students in need.
Kelly Family Business Scholarship: Established in 1998 by Gordon and Shari Kelly.
Joe D. Lewis Scholarship: Established in 1991 by Joseph D. Lewis. Mr. Lewis earned his degree in Business at OSC in 1950. Grandson of one of Weyerhaeuser's founders, he served in the Navy during WW2 and received his BS in business in 1950. His career has been in cable manufacturing operations. He continues to hold OSU in high regard and retains a strong interest.
Jane Goodale Mann Memorial Scholarship: Established in 1989 by Howard M. Mann in memory of his late wife. Mrs. Mann graduated from OSC in 1936 with a degree in Secretarial Science. She was a businesswoman and teacher at high schools, business college, and jr. college. She died in 1988.
Maser Memorial Scholarship: Established in memory of Clifford E. Maser, former dean of the School of Business and Technology at OSU.
Mc Henry Family Fund: The scholarship was established by Jane Ringo in 1982 to memoralize her husband.
Newcomb Endowed: The scholarship was established by Bernard "Bernie" Newcomb in 1965 to honor his College of Business education at OSU. He co-founded E Trade which was the fastest growing company in the Silicon Valley in 1995.
Oliver Scholarship: Established in 2004 by Mr. Brian Oliver; Mr. Oliver is an OSU alumni who currently works as an investment banker. He established this scholarship to provide an OSU education to students like himself, whose life was transformed by his college education.
Louise Jackman Orner Scholarship: Established in 1980 by Jack Orner, in memory of his mother, Louise. Mrs. Orner was an OSU alumna and long-time faculty member in Secretarial Science, once a degree program in the College of Business.
Mary Ellen Phillips: This award was established by accounting alumni to honor Mary Ellen Phillips. A College of business accounting professor and pioneer, Ms. Phillips entered the accounting profession in 1956 when the ratio of men to women was 65:1. As a faculty member, Ms. Phillips gained a reputation for demanding and receiving the best efforts of her students.
Reser Family Business Scholarship: Established in 1992 by Alvin Leroy Reser, President of Reser's Fine Foods on behalf of the Reser Family. Mr. Reser graduated from OSU with a BS degree in Business Administration in 1960, and an MS in special education from PSU in 1981. Reser's Fine Foods is a publicly owned company founded by Ms. Mildred Meser in 1950, when she sold macaroni & potato salad from the family home.
Sadler Education-Family Business Scholarship: Established in 1990 by Kenneth & Nancy Sadler to aid the Family Business Program here at OSU. Mr. and Mrs. Sadler's son and daughter both graduated from OSU.
Art & Kari Stonehill Intl. Exchange Scholarship: Professor Stonehill taught International Finance at OSU from 1966-1990. He established the first international exchange program with Aarhus School of Business in Denmark in 1986. Professor Stonehilll also played a significant role in establishing an exchange program with Agder University College in Kristiansand Norway in 1994. His efforts in establishing exchange programs continued with the addition of programs in Lund, Sweden and Hong Kong, China. Professor Stonehill has been awarded honorary Doctorate degrees from Aarhus and the Copenhagen School of Business for his research and his work with exchange programs. An author of eight books, he has also written for twenty six other publications. His textbooks are still used widely in business schools across the country today.
Bertha W. Stutz Scholarship: Established in 1968 by members of the Corvallis Women's Club in memory of Bertha Stutz. Mrs. Stutz was a long-time member and officer of the club.
Woodard Family Scholarship: Established in 1975 as a gift from the Woodard Family Foundation, the scholarship was originally called the Village Green Scholarship. The Woodard family has a long association with the Oregon hospitality industry, having owned properties such as the Village Green and Valley River Inn.
Wentworth Family Business Scholarship: This scholarship honors the Wentworth family.
Doris Hageman Whalen Memorial Scholarship: Established in memory of Mrs. Whalen, who graduated from OSU in 1939 with a degree in Business Education & a Masters in Education.
