Strands Personal Finance also licenses Strands' patent-pending technology to banks in countries where moneyStrands does not operate. Hundreds of thousands of users are now managing their personal finances using Strands' proprietary technology.

Job Description:
· Answer end user queries in a timely and accurate manner
· Communicate product issues to Product Manager (Ryan W)
· Make recommendations on how to turn users to fans
· Contribute to the moneyStrands blog now and then
· Three day a week time commitment
Qualifications:
· Customer service focused
· Excellent written English skills
· Basic level of understanding of personal finance concepts
· Well organized and detail oriented
· PC/Mac skills and Internet savvy
· Teamwork oriented
· Working towards degree in Finance, Accounting, General Business
· Spanish fluency (written/oral) preferred, but not required
Employment Begins: ASAP (3-6 month duration)
