Performance Improvement Interns to start in early October Linn County General Services is an internal service organization providing fleet, construction, maintenance, sustainability, safety, custodial, grounds, mail, security and expo support. They are hiring for 2 positions for the fall term.

Duties include:
The goal is to work on each aspect below and move it forward some degree. Work on how to move, measure an organization while people are having fun.
· Draft up business plan
· Draft up Kpi’s for the department
· Draft up Dashboard
· Draft up service level agreements
· Work on customer service
· Develop quality matrix
· Expense reduction road map
· Key elements of strategic plan-structure
· Mission statement
· Values statement
· Listing of business process
· Benchmark other similar companies to compare methods
Minimum Qualifications:
· 2.5 GPA
· Excell
· Junior standing
· Word
· Hungry to learn!
Preferred Qualifications:
The work is strategic in nature, so entrepreneurship, management and marketing options could all fit
Hours/Wage:
part time- flexible/based on students availability
