Description:
Our hotel consists of 153 spacious rooms with an onsite restaurant and lounge. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and determined to exceed revenue goals by using proven selling techniques including; cold calling by phone and in person, site inspections, written communication and building relationships with clients.
Minimum Requirements:
· Excellent detail orientation skills as well as organizational and account management skills
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of hotel room sales
· Experience in evaluating each piece of business to ensure business can be properly serviced
· Great follow up skills to book repeat business
· Oversee client functions to ensure customer satisfaction
· Actively participate in community/civic organizations to maintain awareness and create booking opportunities.
· Develop and implement action plans to reach booking goals and achieve maximum revenues
· Applicants who do not already have legal permission to work in the United States will not be considered.
