Description:
The purpose of this position is to provide technical and reporting assistance to support payroll and payroll tax functionalities for the Retail Business units:
· Operate and maintain payroll systems
· Create and distribute retail payroll reports
· Analyze data from multiple retail and payroll systems and make recommendations for improvements to systems and processes to retail business units.
· Assist Retail payroll associates with reporting and analysis of issues and offer suggestions on process changes and improvements.
· Partner with Levi Stores Accounting team, Raymark, and Retail business units to understand and provide required analysis and feedback for the company to make sound business decisions and recommend process changes
Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree or higher (7+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
Minimum 5 years of multi-state payroll experience to include 2+years of systems analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Accounting degree
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access
Experience with ADP, Raymark, Richter, and SAP operating systems a plus
Detail oriented team player with outstanding technical and analytical skills
Strong payroll accounting and reporting skills; retail payroll experience preferred
