 | | | | Student Office Worker 1 needed ASAPThe Office of Post Award Administration at Oregon State University helps PI's manage their federal, state, etc. research dollars. We complete federal financial documents, set up indexes for purchases, travel etc. We are seeking a student worker to begin in early March. We are located on the Corvallis campus.
Duties: scanning documents into electronic filing system, naming documents, sending out electronic notifications to different University wide departments, coping and mailing invoices,organizing and sorting mail, filing, occasionally answering phones and directing customers, entering date into banner financial system. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is preferred. Detail and accuracy is very important to this position. Prefer someone to work summers, school breaks and during school terms. Approximately 10 - 20 hours per week.
Minimum Requirements: Computer experience required, sophomore standing
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with MS Word and Excel. Accuracy and attention to detail.
Hours: 10 - 20 per week
Wage: 8.40 hour
