Manager/Sr. Manager Financial Planning and Analysis - Job # FI909 JOB SUMMARY:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & TASKS:
•Coordinate and manage the annual financial planning process, which includes all activities from the initial modeling of anticipated results to the final submission of a comprehensive operating plan.
•Coordinate with other finance personnel to prepare quarterly budget/forecast and any required plan update and coordinate and oversee related top level variance analysis and reporting.
•Establish budgeting models, assumptions, templates, calendars and top-down budget targets. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the company’s Cognos budgeting tool.
•Establish and communicate planning guidelines and reporting formats.
•Work with executive and financial management to identify, evaluate and incorporate critical business metrics into the operation to facilitate executive management decision making.
•Identify and standardize relevant corporate metrics/KPI’s to be used and develop/maintain “dashboard” reporting process and system responsive to management’s need for visibility and action.
•Participate in strategic business analysis and provide support to Executive decision-making process.
•Develop and coordinate analysis and reports to the Board of Directors, CEO and CFO.
•Participate in the annual refinement of the company’s strategic plan and multi-year financial models.
•Must follow all state, local, and federal laws and regulations, as well as embrace Intermec core values and initiatives.
•Must remain aware of regulatory responsibilities and remain current in technical areas, including Sarbanes-Oxley.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Strong understanding of Financial/Accounting principles
•Strong analytical abilities with sharp attention to detail a must
•Requires a proven record of financial and operating process development, financial leadership and professional initiative.
•Proven track record of critically evaluating complex business issues, initiating critical analysis, and formulating and communicating actions for profitability improvement.
•Ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands on resources.
•Proven leadership/cross functional team skills and success in delivering results across a complex organization.
•Strong communication skills and experience interacting at the Executive level.
•Demonstrated proficiency in MS excel and PowerPoint
•Proficiency in use of Cognos planning/reporting and SAP software.
Education:
•Requires a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
•MBA preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
•CPA designation is a plus.
Experience:
•Sr. level professional with 10+ years of progressive experience/responsibility in financial/business/ operations analysis.
Sr. Financial Analyst # FI880 JOB SUMMARY:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & TASKS:
• Work with operational and financial management to evaluate and incorporate critical business metrics in to the operation to facilitate management decision making.
• Standardize and report relevant business performance using ABM model.
• Maintain comprehensive process for financial analysis and reporting.
• Support key elements of the financial planning and forecasting process, including modeling of anticipated results to the final submission of a comprehensive operating plan.
• Perform variance analysis and reporting.
• Support and coordinate the development and collection of reports and presentations to senior executives and Board of Directors.
• Gain detailed understanding of operating performance of each major area of the company.
• Must follow all state, local, and federal laws and regulations, as well as embrace Intermec core values and initiatives.
• Must remain aware of regulatory responsibilities and remain current in technical areas, including Sarbanes-Oxley.

• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS applications.
• Experience in use of SAP business software, Cognos Controller, Cognos CPM a plus.
Education:
• Requires a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Experience:

Sr. Financial Analyst - Products, Technology / Manufacturing #FI923 JOB SUMMARY:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & TASKS:
- Work with operational and financial management in support of product line analysis.
- Work with other finance team members to produce monthly variance analysis across all product line elements.
- Modeling of various business scenarios to project future business results.
- Gain detailed understanding of operating performance of each major product line of the company.
- Must follow all state, local, and federal laws and regulations, as well as embrace Intermec core values and initiatives.
- Must remain aware of regulatory responsibilities and remain current in technical areas, including Sarbanes-Oxley.

SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST, SUPPLY CHAIN & INVENTORY # FI933 JOB SUMMARY:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & TASKS
• Partner with business operations to drive financial / operational visibility and efficiency within company & vendor inventory through analytics and metric development / tracking
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations to improve internal business processes and that of suppliers
• Conduct supplier RFQ / contract review and analysis
• Partner with business operations to plan, prepare and coordinate Global company inventory plans
• Actively participate in key strategic and business analysis and provide decision-making support
• Demonstrate financial management leadership internally and with suppliers
