Human Resource Generalist – Deadline: Apply ASAPPOSITION SUMMARY:
As an HR professional,coordinates all aspects of HR in some or all of the following areas: recruitment, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, benefits, HR policies and procedures, personnel file management, termination, HR audits and research projects.
Provides Human Resources support to management and owners on all personnel matters.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Considerable knowledge of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving. Extensive and proficient knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, especially Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1 to 3 years of HR experience. PHR certification preferred.
The position reports to the Business Administration Manager
