The College of Business at Oregon State University has moved to a professional school model. As part of this transition, we performed an extensive review of our undergraduate business core curriculum. A new set of learning outcomes and the revised core curriculum were approved by the Faculty Senate on February 27th, 2007.
All students who enter the College of Business to start academic programs in Accountancy or Business Administration during or after fall term 2007 will use the new Business Core Curriculum.
All students who were admitted into the Accountancy or Business Administration majors prior to fall term 2007 may continue to use the degree requirements of the old Business Core Curriculum. These students also have the option of tranistioning to the new Business Core Curriculum. If you are uncertain of the correct curriculum to take, you should make an appointment to see an academic advisor.
