Scholarship process:
- Fill out the online form for COB scholarships.
- COB will evaluate your application for during WI & SP terms.
- You will be notified by letter and/or COB email account mid-june.
- Scholarships awarded fall term of the NEXT year.
Do not apply for a scholarship if you will be graduating in the current academic year.
Distribution: Scholarships divided into 3 equal payments over the fall/winter/spring terms.
If you plan to graduate earlier than spring term, contact the scholarship coordinator in Bexell 214.
Notification: Notice sent through letter and/or email. If required, you must write a thank you letter to the scholarship's donor/sponsoring organization or the scholarship will not be awarded.
Option Scholarships: To be eligible for an option scholarship, officially declare it before filling out the online application.
Eligibility:
- Current COB majors only. (Minors not eligible for any COB scholarships).
- Junior or senior standing required for many scholarships
- Full-time enrollment (min. 12 OSU credits) each term. Students attending OSU ½ or ¾ time forfeit payment.
- Participants in OUS/COB study abroad programs eligible for scholarships.
- Students must receive 12 OSU credits on internship to receive award payment for the term.
- Payson Cha, Arthur Stonehill or Scandinavian Exchange scholarship winners must complete exchange program and receive grades. Failure to complete exchange classes with grades will result in forfeiture of scholarship. Student then responsible to pay back the award amount to the College.
